You don't have to face your clutter alone!
You are smart, educated, and capable - but your attempts to get organised have failed and your disorganisation significantly impacts your life on a daily basis - your energy levels, your relationships, your self-esteem, and your productivity. You might feel apprehensive to let someone in and see things "less than perfect" but you realise you can't make the changes you aspire to on your own.
Don't worry, you've come to the right place.
Hello, I'm Nathalie, your hands-on organisation coach, I'm here to help you free yourself from clutter and overwhelm.
I have spent the last 10 years working with clients who feel overwhelmed by all the stuff they've accumulated - the clothes, toys, paper, books, photos, digital files, you name it. Or by even all the commitments they're trying to fit into their schedule.
I'm here to assist you to better organise the "things" you own or want to do and eliminate the "things" that no longer add value to you.
I provide a safe place for you to share your challenges and express your vulnerability so you can overcome what holds you back and create an intentional space and life.
But as you may already suspect, the journey is not always comfortable.
You have to be willing to face your stuff and the discomfort it may bring. But you'll have me by your side to deal with it. We'll move at a pace you're comfortable with.
Yes, I will challenge you - but I will never judge you.
No matter how big the "mess", nothing shocks me. In fact, when I enter a client's home, I'm so focused on identifying systems and solutions, that I barely "see" the clutter.
I am totally objective and will never guilt you.
I'm respectful of your feelings and will never insist that you let go of anything you want to keep. My role is to empower you to make those decisions.
I don't measure the success of our work together based on how much you will let go of or by how Instagram-perfect your home or life will look.
Rather, I want you to build your confidence in the decisions you make when decluttering so that over time, you experience the benefits of living with less and are encouraged to let go of more, maybe be even more than you ever thought possible.
I want you to learn the skills that will allow you to create and maintain a lived-in but organised home and a meaningful life.
It's an iterative and gentle yet effective approach to decluttering and organisation.
Ready to get started?
Organisation has empowered me to:
I had very little structure growing up (my mother procrastinated over important things, often wondering what to serve for dinner at 8pm) and my stepfather accumulated a lot of belongings.
By age 10, I took matters into my own hands and organised the things in our house. I found it very therapeutic! When I was invited by friends on playdates, I ended up helping their parents sort things out in their houses!
I continually upgrade my skills to deliver the best possible outcome for my clients.
Since I started Get Organised & Beyond in 2013, I've received mentoring from various professional organisers worldwide, recognised as experts in our industry, and attended more than 70 (and counting) development classes provided by professional associations such as NAPO, AAPO, and ICD, in the field of professional organising, time management, and chronic disorganisation, in particular ADHD.
I'm proud to have been featured in several publications in Singapore:
